ORDERING
1. How do I make a purchase?You can shop by product category such as Oriental collection, Folklore,Show (using the links in the menu to find what you are looking for) or you can use filters to find product matching to you. Click on the product image to open up additional information about it. Then select your size, color and click on the 'ADD TO CART' button to pay for it. You can still continue browsing the online store or directly go to the cart in the top right hand corner to review and amend the contents of your basket or to complete your order. Before confirming your order you will be asked to review and amend your order details on the CART menu.
2. Do I need an account to place an order online?You can shop with guest chekout, but you will need to set up an account on our website in order to build a wish list and collect Reward Points for shoping. Setting up an account is easy and you can do this while placing your order.
After you place your order, you will receive an email from us acknowledging that your order has been received. Please note that this is only to acknowledge that your order has been received and is not confirmation that your purchase has been made. Only after payment have been approved, and the delivery address has been verified, will your order be accepted and shipped.

Selected costume price + 50% of costume price (for urgency) + delivery fee
*Please note a payment for URGENT ORDER 100% (including the cost of delivery).
7. Payment details We accept Western Union and Moneygram.
To place an order you need to pay 50-100% of the order value (in Your opinion).

2. Possible colorsWhen you opened costume, you see color circles. This color circles shows possible colors for selected costume (picture can be different from selected color)
3. Reward systemEach time you bought costume, you recieve reward points (5-10% of costume price). You can use this points at your next peyment. You must be registered and logged at site while buy costume. During the special sales and promos, reward points are not awarded. Points will be awarded after recieving costume.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
1. Can I Return Gift Certificates?No. Gift certificates are valid for 1 year onwards from date of purchase and cannot be refunded. The total value can also be redeemed in parts on various orders.
2. What if size is doesn't fit? Contact us by email, ship it to Amira-design, and we will fix it.(costs of shiping to Amira-design by buyer, to buyer by Amira-design)
